Maison Jaume
The bakery Maison Jaume is a true family passion. Bakery was built by the parents of Jean-François Jaume. As a young man he went training in Alsace to develop new flavors and improve his skills. When he returned to Terres de Berlioz he started a second family bakery in 2008 in La Frette. The bakery combines both professional and family spirit offering several kinds of breads and varied choice of sweet flavors. Discover the emblematic products of "Terres de Berlioz": Isernoix (nuts, honey, chocolate and salted butter caramel) and Gaffe de Chambaran (macaroon with chestnut honey and red berry pulp).
