La Madone ou Notre-Dame des lumières

The Madonna is the work of an entrepreneur of that time who lived in Saint Jean de Bournay and who was himself a former craftsman of the ‘Tour de France’ apprenticeship system. The stones were firstly worked by a marble stone mason, M . Monjot. The Madonna measures 24 metres from the base to the top of the crown.
Can be seen all year round.
